WHAT YOU CAN DO!

• Choose the seat in which you would prefer to help. If you need help to determine the location of a seat this is provided on the website of the Australian Electoral Commission www.aec.gov.au or you may email us for information. If there is sufficient demand, we may place this information on our website.

• Email or write to either the Labor, Greens or Democrat candidate for that seat and offer your help. We plan to compile a list of candidates in marginal seats with their email addresses. This information will be given in the Marginal Seats section of this website.

• Write to one or more of the local newspapers in your chosen seat stating why you support the defeat of the Howard Government candidate. (With help from the Labor, Greens and Democrat candidates we hope to set up a list of local newspapers on this website.)

• If you live reasonably close to your chosen marginal seat, visit a shopping centre and set up a table with flyers printed off from some of the material contained on this website. Make sure you include the message about the need to defeat the Howard Government candidate.

• Start an email tree. Send someone you know who lives in your chosen marginal seat an email with material obtained from this website, or other relevant material, with a request for the material to be forwarded to other persons living in the area.
